INGREDIENTS:
Marinade sauce:
2 teaspoons of TABASCO® Red Hot Pepper Sauce
2-3 spoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger
2 spoons of mustard
2 crushed garlic cloves
pork ribs
3 medium tomatoes
2 medium pumpkins
2 large red onions
PREPARATION:
Mix soy sauce, ginger, mustard, garlic and TABASCO® Red Chili Sauce in a small bowl. Marinate the pork ribs with half of the liquid obtained and leave them in the marinade for 2 hours or overnight.
Cut the tomatoes in half. Slice the zucchini and onions. Put all the vegetables in the other half of the marinade liquid and mix well.
Heat the grill to medium temperature, placing it 15 cm from the heat. Place the pork ribs on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the marinade for the first 15 minutes of cooking. When the meat is almost ready, put the tomatoes, zucchini and red onion on the grill and cook them for 4-5 minutes, turning them once and basting them with the marinade.
